It allows musicians to inject the voice of their self styled 16-year-old pop idol into any melody and sing the lyrics to any song they choose.

Voice actress Saki Fujita (Tokimeki Memorial) provided the model voice for the program. The software technology used in the process is "VOCALOID 2" by Yamaha. Lyrics can be input in hiragana, katakana, and Roman alphabets.

I dunno. There doesn't seem to be a release date, although it's already circulating in Japan.

A couple of weeks ago, this software was ranked in 1st place in Amazon Japan's top software sales. The achievement is very unusual for Desktop Music packages.

I guess it is really fun to use it.

138 goodness where do they come up with these prices, im still wondering how and otaku in japan even survives with there prices for all that kinds of stuff.

Oh man....what I would give to read Kanji.
I have it now (actually own it!) and installed
the English mod to it (it only does half of
the menus unfortunately >>)

And I have no idea how to use this things now.
Somebody care to translate the manual if I
upload it? xD
