the only show i know where ppl can change there arm into weapons are s-cry-ed(kazuma) Trigun(vash) D.gray-man(allen) thats it, and i doubt any of those are correct, actually im positive they arent.

Itīs an anime from 2006, the main character wanna be a star, and the character from the picture itīs one of the principal characters..

Hope this hints can help.. otherwise I should change the pic. :drop:
