    Nothing interesting

    And so today, I was looking at the ingredients for cooking and I was thinking of a food I should cook to eat. I really wanted to cook it so i can eat. haha

    I then asking myself a question, "Am I hungry?" My answer was, "No." So then I realized that I only wanted to eat that certain food because it taste good even though I am not hungry. I don't really need to eat it, just want a taste of it.

    After that little thought, I decided not to cook food to eat just to satisfy my hunger for flavors of foods. I will now only eat when hungry (which is once in a while by the way).

    Hmm... no matter if you are or not hungry, you must eat properly

    Eating is make you to to the lavatory too much. Beside, I can only digest about 50% of the food, the other half got left remains and down the lavatory system.

    It's good to eat because your body needs nutrition to stay healthy but you don't have to eat a whole meal if you're not hungry. Food should be taken like everything else, in moderation. Too much or too little isn't good for you. I also believe that your body knows what it wants the best. You don't need to clean your plate if you're already full and you don't have to eat more than you think you should. Eat when you're hungry, but be smart about it too and make sure you still eat enough.

    Well... yeah, ifyou are satisfied, don't eat, but if you usually eat 1 or 2 times a day, something might not be working as supposed

    I only need 1 meal per day, same as when i was in HS. ^^;;

    One meal sounds pretty light. You could try eating 2-3 smaller meals, that might work. Some people actually suggest eating several small meals throughout the day to keep your energy up but without stuffing yourself.

    Also, it's recommended to eat something for breakfast, even if it's just a piece of fruit, in order to jump-start your metabolism. During the night your metabolism slows down when you rest, and it doesn't automatically speed up when you wake up. In order to speed it up again you have to eat something. That's why you usually won't feel very hungry in the morning. However, you'll actually burn more calories if you eat a piece of fruit than if you eat nothing at all (because eating SOMETHING instead of NOTHING will speed up your metabolism, and a faster metabolism burns more calories ^^).

    If youdon't eat enough, the body thinks you are introubles and starts gathering fat,that's why "no eating" diets never work in the long run

    hum... actually, the more i eat the more hungry i feel. i don't know why, but my stomach is full but i feel hungry. So, not one meal per day is the best choice. i don't need a lot of food anyway.
