This song is a Walt Disney Studios Production and was used in America as propaganda during World War II. The song was created and produced in 1943. It was featured in the Walt Disney Studios cartoon, starring Donald Duck, of the same name. (See here.) The cartoon won Academy Award for Animated Short Film in 1943.
