This first one is called "In Flames We Fight".
Effects done in Photoshop CS2 -> Basic soft-edge brush, filters.
The fire itself was all done by hand (no filters) =)
The character I found somewhere and made some modifications.
This next one is called "Music To My Ears"."I will never surrender"
...I can actually see her saying that.
Dancing in the flames while fighting for what she believes in.
To achieve thy goal, and eliminate the enemy at hand.
Battle on, O brave one; Battle on.
EDIT: It is a wallpaper, but there's a glitch when I put it under "Anime (Fanart)", it switches it to "movies/tv"...so I decided to put it here.
Effects done in Photoshop CS2 -> Basic soft-edge brush, filters, masking/feather effects
The music notes that were used, were from a piece of sheet music I still have floating around in my music binder for my saxophone. If the title wasn't so worn out on the page, I could've told you the name xD, but I know it's Bach.
Anyways, the character I found somewhere and gave her an outer glow, plus, if you can see if, I gave her some faint wings. You can see it more on her left than on the right (since it's meant to be fairly hidden).
This next one is called "Electric Blue Yonder".I love music. Always have, always will. It's rare that you'll actually find me disconnected from it. Strolling around with my mp3 player listening for hours on end. I also haven't made a good wallpaper in a long time, so I figured it was time to make another one...but of what?
Then it dawned on me...why not make one with a music theme?
So I went to my tool of choice (good ol' Photoshop) and started to work while tuning into online radio ^_^
Piece by piece it started to come together, influenced by the music I was listening to (Dance/Trance music this time)
And this is what I came up with ^^
....Now I just have to figure out how to upload it as a zip file for multiple wallpaper sizes >_> Somebody care to help me with that please? ^_^;;;
EDIT: Made a couple modifications to the colours to make it stand out a bit more.
Effects done in Photoshop CS2 -> Basic soft-edge brush, filters.
Now, since I was trying out some new with abstract making, and this is the result I got. I really love how that front piece turned out. Also, the way in nicely fits into that background...I knew I had a masterpiece. And all of this experimenting and successfulness done in only 1 hour ^_^
Enjoy~This was done for a friend, who really likes my abstract works (I haven't posted any real works until now).
And it was her birthday only a little while ago, this would be a great present for her ^^
So, a shout out goes to my good friend Dark_Truth (not a dA member...she's not...art orientated [she tries at least!], but I love her anyways ^^).
Have a Happy (Belated) Birthday! ^^
(The wallpapers are too big of resolution to fit here, and already uploaded to my dA account, so please click the links to view them there ^^)

I've seen most of them already. My favorite is the music one! I love the background and the way the music notes spiral around her.
