Wacom recently announced that its new line of tablets, called Bamboo, were designed (and priced) to be accessible to your average computer user for the relatively basic uses: photo editing, simple drawing, etc.
The basic Bamboo starts at only $79.99, a bargain compared to the more costly Intuos, which starts at $229.99.
But Japan, as always, is luckier than the rest of us. In addition to the Bamboo and the Bamboo Fun, Wacom Japan offers the Bamboo Comic, designed specifically for manga artists.
While the tablet itself is mostly the same except for size, it comes with software like the popular Pixia, plus ComicStudio Mini, COMICWORKS, and DELETER CGillust. The set runs ¥10400, about $90 USD.
