well if you seen both series you know they are both excellent gun users, based on pure skill alone i still dont know who would win but because Rushuna is a woman i'd say she has a slight advantage because vash falls for any pretty girl.

It's been years since I watched Trigun, but I don't remember Vash being a pervert.

I'm leaning toward Lelouch in the second match. They both are expert in strategy though.
