Guess that Character

I got the idea for this from another site. i thought it looked liked fun so let all try it.

Instead of pics of the character we will have to decribe his/her stats and features as like in a police report. Age, sex, Hair color and length, eye color, and special abilities. And if you know their B-day, blood type, (Breast size if a girl) higth and weight then include those too! Also a hint everyday, or when ever you can. after a few days and no one guesses it then revile and try again oh and a small pic so everyone knows who they missed. Ok ill start.

This character is a "witch", sort of... The theme of her magic consists of pumpkins, which she uses as weapons (bombs, cannon, etc), as well as something of a catchphrase, which she often recites before using her powers. She is very playful and flirts a lot. She is well endowed, which is used when she flirts, usually by appearing out of her other form in little to no clothing. She is very good at understanding other people. She is always looking for some fun, whether it is harmless or not.

Hint: Her hat can change into a hand when she commands it to. She sometimes refers to herself in third person.
